James Lipcon
PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER
James Lipcon has been all-in on building houses since he was a kid in Concord, riding his bike to keep an eye on the closest job site. After earning a degree in Construction Engineering, James came back home and returned to his lifelong passion for residential construction. Since then, James has specialized in custom homes and renovations — and has a reputation for being the guy to call to get it done right. Backed by a capable team of craftsmen, James continues to lead Lipcon Construction on his home turf and in the neighboring towns.
